Our Services
My practice offers a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your concerns at your own pace. Taking the first step towards support can feel daunting, but you don’t have to face your challenges alone.
Sessions are available in person or via video/telephone consultation. I work collaboratively with you to develop a personalized approach that aligns with your goals and needs.
Medicare rebates may be available with a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP. Private health insurance rebates may also apply – please check with your provider. Self-managed NDIS participants may choose to include counselling support in their plan management.

Counselling / Psychotherapy
Living with mental health challenges can feel overwhelming, but with professional support and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, positive change is possible. I work with clients experiencing a range of mental health concerns, providing a safe, non-judgmental space to explore difficulties and develop effective coping strategies.
Common Mental Health Concerns
Anxiety presents in many forms, from persistent worry and restlessness to panic attacks and social anxiety. Physical symptoms may include racing heart, rapid breathing, muscle tension, and sleep difficulties. Whether you’re experiencing general anxiety or specific conditions like OCD or panic disorder, targeted therapeutic support can help reduce symptoms and enhance wellbeing.
Depression can profoundly impact daily life, affecting mood, energy, sleep, and interest in activities. You may experience feelings of hopelessness, difficulty concentrating, or changes in appetite and sleep patterns. While depression can feel isolating, professional support can help you rebuild hope and rediscover joy in life.
Sleep difficulties, particularly insomnia, can significantly affect your quality of life. Whether you’re struggling to fall asleep, staying asleep, or waking too early, we can work together to identify underlying causes and develop healthy sleep patterns.
Anger management concerns and stress-related issues respond well to therapeutic intervention. Learning to understand and manage these emotions can lead to improved relationships and better overall functioning.
My Therapeutic Approach I integrate various evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Trauma-informed Counselling, Interpersonal Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. This allows me to tailor treatment to your specific needs and circumstances.
Taking the first step to seek support shows courage. If you’re experiencing any of these challenges, please reach out to discuss how we can work together toward positive change.
